This experience starts with a full safety brief equipment familiarity and fitting followed by a demonstration of the techniques of abseiling.
Your adventure begins on a 10 metre high nursery slope where you can develop your skills and confidence and begin to put what you have learnt into practice. After that we move on and tackle the higher 20 metre cliffs where you can fit in as many abseils as time allows.
Both beginners and more advanced abseilers can be accommodated so regardless of your experience level it will still be fun and challenging.
